Lean-to Style

This style has a single angle roof and can be used on our 4 foot and 6 foot wide sheds. With these sizes we will give a free window if you want one!

Gable Roof Shed

This style has two angles on the roof. It can be used on all our sheds from 4 foot wide to 16 foot wide. With these sizes we will give up to two free windows!

Large Sheds

These are our larger sheds - 200+ square feet. With the purchase of one of these sheds we will give up to 3 free windows!

There are many reasons to build on-site vs moving in a pre-built shed. If you have a fenced backyard it can be a hassle, not to mention an extra expense, to have part of the fence removed and then replaced after moving in a shed. Building on-site does not tear up your yard as is done when you have heavy machinery driving over it to bring in a shed. Loading and unloading these pre-built sheds puts a lot of stress on them cutting their usable lifespan. Our sheds are built on-site by our professional builders so that you get to enjoy your new shed for many more years to come.

Our high quality starts in the floor. We set our sheds on solid cinder blocks to eliminate wood to ground contact. We frame the floor with treated 2X6 lumber rather than the industry standard 2X4s. Our 3/4 plywood floor decking gives a more solid floor than the 5/8 plywood used by many builders.

The quality continues into the wall and roof framing which is always 16 inches on center. I do not know of another shed builder in the area that frames this way. They all frame it 24 inches on center. This means we have an extra stud and roof truss for every four foot of your wall and roof which makes a stiffer and more secure wall and a stronger roof.

We custom paint the exterior of every shed using Sherwin Williams' Super Paint which carries a lifetime warranty. You can choose up to three colors included in our standard pricing.

The roof decking we install has a built-in radiant barrier to help keep your shed from getting as hot in the summer. We install 30 year architectural shingles on our sheds which is what is used on most new homes today. Many of our competitors use the 15 year 3-tab shingles.

Our sheds come standard with fresh air vents in the gable ends. This helps clear moisture out of the shed so that you don't get mildew growth inside.

Our standard windows have aluminum frames and have an operational bottom sash with a screen. All our sheds under 80 square feet come with one free window included. Sheds from 80 to under 200 square feet come with up to two free windows. All sheds 200 square feet and over come with up to three free windows. This price is for additional windows.

Our sheds come standard with your choice of a single or double door. Some people like an additional point of access and we can definitely accommodate that need.

If you plan to be storing large items like appliances or riding lawn mowers a ramp can be very useful. It can also be helpful if the lay of the land causes the door side of your shed to be higher off the ground. Some people prefer steps to a ramp and we can build a set up to 4 steps high for the same price.

These additions beautify your shed and can be painted to match your color scheme. Our custom painting includes up to 3 colors so you can paint your shutters and windowboxes to match your trim or paint them an accent color. We have two styles of shutters - the louvered style and the craftsman style.

Our workbench is 24 inches deep and is usually set at 36 inches height.
The loft is handy for storing items up high that you may need only occasionally. It is 32 inches deep and is usually installed above head height. We recommend upgrading the sidewalls to 7 or 8 foot if you want a loft.
The shelf unit is 16 inches deep and comes with 3 shelves. We usually space the shelves equally on the wall.

If you plan to be in your shed for extended times or if you know you'll need light we offer a solar lighting option to help light up the inside.

We can insulate your floors, walls and ceiling. Any surfaces we insulate we will also include a vapor barrier. If you plan to insulate later we recommend letting us insulate at least the floor since that is hard to go back and insulate later.

This is a beautiful interior wall covering that gives a Gatlinburg cabin feel! We can install this on walls and ceiling.

Priced per shed
Our dormers offer a great asthetic to your shed. It just sets it off as something different and more appealing than the basic storage shed. They also offer a way to get additional light into the shed from overhead. We offer two styles with several size options. (These options will require upgrading the roof angle to accommodate the dormers.)
